TBE’s Community Voice

I want to share the bittersweet news that in June I will be leaving TBE as the Social Justice Community Organizer. I have aspired to become a Rabbi since I was young, and this summer, my journey begins! I have been accepted to Hebrew Union College, where many of my rabbinic role models have attended.

Since my family joined TBE in 2012, I have been engaged religiously, grown spiritually, and been nourished by my relationships across the generations. Although my professional time has come to a close (for now!), I will continue to be a member at TBE and look forward to reconnecting with you when I am back in the Boston area.

I am particularly appreciative for the wisdom of our inspiring clergy, guidance from Alison Kur, my thought partners on the education team, the extraordinary support from Jessica Lasser, VP of Tikkun Olam, and most importantly the passionate congregants whom I have worked closely as they continue to use the value of Tikkun Olam to guide their moral compass!

I am grateful for everything I have learned at TBE and will take with me the warm embrace of the community. Please visit me in Israel next year!
