This year, our 6th and 7th grade students in B'Yachad have been studying formative Jewish stories and will be presenting about their choices as part of Erev Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day).
Join us for prayer, musical reflection, and an opportunity to fulfill the mitzvah of zachor, of remembering the six million.
The history of the Jewish people is hardly free of tragedy. In this session, we’ll discuss “the oldest hatred” and the Holocaust. Feel free to drop in to this class from the Intro to Judaism series.

Welcome Shavuot in community as we celebrate the festival of matan Torah, receiving the Torah, with a joyful service.
On Shavuot, we celebrate receiving the Torah at Sinai by staying up late engaged in learning and eating lots of dairy. (Why dairy, you ask? Come and learn!)
Join us in the Sanctuary to celebrate the Jewish festival commemorating the giving of the Torah at Mount Sinai. Our service will also include Yizkor, a special memorial service for those who have lost a loved one.
Join us on the top of Mount Sinai to celebrate the moment that we received the Torah in a family-friendly service with Cantor Josh and TBE clergy followed by a special oneg (joyful snacks!), including sweet ice cream and dairy-free treats.
