Wednesdays at The Well: Mindful Moments (Online)

Take a few minutes out of your week to build a mindfulness practice for your spiritual and mental well-being with The Well at TBE! Each week, participants will check-in and set an intention, learn about and/or practice a mini spiritual practice in connection with the themes of the Jewish month.

This program is part of The Well at TBE, Institute for Integrative Health, Wellness, and Spirituality. The Well at TBE integrates Jewish spiritual practices and modern mindfulness tools and techniques to provide a source of wellbeing through learning, practice, prayer, and support for individuals on their own and in community.
