Join Dawn Ellis (LICSW) for some expert guidance on how to navigate the transitional moments of our young ones’ development. You’ll leave with tips for supporting yourself as well as your loved ones along the way. This workshop is intended for pre-parents as well as individuals and couples within the first year after birth or adoption.

Dawn is a clinical social worker with a focus on maternal mental health. She uses a holistic approach in her early parenting work to create welcoming and safe spaces for examining all the experiences and feelings that are part of the parenting journey.
