Reset, Renew & Relax with Mindfulness with Sisterhood@TBE (Online)

Let go of the outside world and what you cannot control to find peace in your mind. Join us on Zoom to explore together and learn concrete tools to help channel your inner Zen. Guided by Stephanie Javaheri, a 500 hour certified yoga instructor, we will learn to breathe mindfully, enjoy a walking meditation, discuss journaling and gratitude, and experience the relaxation of a meditative body scan. No experience required. Only an intention to learn, connect and grow.

Registration
