About Elliott
Hello Temple Beth Elohim! My name is Elliott Conti and I am in 7th grade at Wellesley Middle School. Social Studies is my favorite subject this year because I really like my teacher and he makes it fun to learn about history. When I’m not in school, my favorite things to do are play basketball or video games with my friends. I also really love to travel and spend time with my family. I have a big family! In addition to my mom and dad, I have a stepdad, stepmom, a stepbrother Lydon, a stepsister Rachel, and a half-brother Carter. We also have three dogs: Chico, Lulu and JJ.  For my bar mitzvah project, I am doing a virtual bake sale to collect donations to support JFS of MetroWest’s Ukrainian Refugee Resettlement efforts. With the war in Ukraine happening at the time of my Bar Mitzvah, I want to support JFS in assisting refugees coming to the Boston area. I have worked very hard preparing for my Bar Mitzvah, and I feel lucky to be able to enjoy a fun celebration with my family and friends at a time when Jewish kids living in Ukraine might not be getting that chance.
