About Hannah
Hi Everyone! My name is Hannah Goldman, from Ashland, and I just turned 13 years old. I’m the oldest of three children: my brother Jordan is 11, and my little sister Mia is 7. I’m in 7th grade at Ashland Middle School. I play trumpet in Band and wind ensemble, and that is my favorite subject.
Being active outdoors is what I really enjoy. In the winter, you can find me on the ski slopes. I ski often with my family in NH and VT, with my school friends at weekly ski club, and I recently joined a ski team and started racing. Also, I play soccer for Ashland in the fall and spring, as well as the BEST FC club year round, for which I have been playing for since the 4th grade. In the summer I look forward to spending time at my second home, Camp Tevya. Going to sleepaway camp is something I wait for all year and I appreciate it so much more after having to miss a summer when it closed for Covid.
Studying to be a Bat Mitzvah is hard work but I look forward to sharing the day with my family and friends. As a Bat Mitzvah, I am donating items to a homeless shelter. I feel like nobody should be left without a home, food, or clothing. Sometimes people go through tough times, and we should help them to make it easier.
