Shabbat Mindfulness Practice (Online)

Wrap up your work week and enter Shabbat with intentionality and connection each week with The Well at TBE! Each Friday afternoon, participants will check-in, ease into the river of Jewish time, set a Shabbat intention, and participate in a grounding guided meditation to prepare spiritually for the transition to Shabbat.

Each course in this sequence is stand-alone, meaning you can attend as many or as few as you prefer! Feel free to join us for any session that interests you. If you have any questions about participating, please contact the program leader.

This program is part of The Well at TBE, Institute for Integrative Health, Wellness, and Spirituality. The Well at TBE integrates Jewish spiritual practices and modern mindfulness tools and techniques to provide a source of wellbeing through learning, practice, prayer, and support for individuals on their own and in community.
