We have been lucky we could isolate together, and work from home and help others in the process, thanks to internet.
David is using Telemedicine, working with patients across the USA through the VA Hospital system, listening to them and providing comfort and medication when needed.
Me making art for a Black, Brown and White Lives Matter exhibit, called Real FRIENDS. The exhibit, at the Beacon Gallery now, is a collaboration with my student Jamaal Eversley, when I taught at Babson College, who envisioned an exhibit of collaborations with all his artist friends. And overlapping for creating and exhibiting too right now, another exhibit in Philadelphia at the Clay Studio there called “100 Women 100 Years”- a celebration of women’s constitutional amendment to vote. Fifty artists were invited to submit 2 ceramic plates to honor any 2 women that inspire us, and mine honor 2 musicians.
We think it helped us pass the time well with deadlines and purpose to hopefully share what we do best to give others some joy and good health.
