Over the past several months, I have tried hard to think about how fortunate I am: I have a loving wife, food, housing, warmth, cool and superb and affordable medical care. I am grateful that I recovered from some manageable medical issues. I think of the men and women in Europe and Asia during World War II who had none of what I have and little or no hope. I think of self-quarantine, a choice, and Anne Frank who had no choice. And I am grateful.
