Are we doomed because of technologies such as AI? Can technology save society from catastrophic problems? Is it possible for certain technologies to even be controlled or guided, and who will create measures to accomplish such goals?
Those are just a few of the many important and fascinating questions that we will explore together.
Whether or not you are tech savvy, this course is for you. We all have much we need to learn.
This course follows a sequential structure, but anyone is welcome to join at any point, or to drop in to any class. If you have questions regarding participation, please contact the program leader.
