The 25th Knesset In Israel (Hybrid)

On November 1, Israelis elected its 25th Knesset (parliament) in its 75-year history. The election resulted in the reinstatement of Benjamin Netanyahu as prime minister, a majority of orthodox parties in the ruling coalition, and what many observers have called the most right-leaning government in the history of the country. What has happened in the five months since this election? Our three part series will look into significant legislation passed by the Knesset, moves made by government ministers, the state of affairs between Israel and the US, between US Jews and Israel, developments in the relationship between religion and state, the relationship between Israeli Jews and Israeli Arabs, and, of course, the state of play in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
