TBElle with a Twist | Religious Liberty (Hybrid)

Freedom of religion is near and dear to our Jewish hearts. Our Constitution memorialized this right in the first words of the Bill of Rights, in the first sentence of the First Amendment to the Constitution: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; In this class, we will briefly explore a bit of history on how the United States Supreme Court (SCOTUS) interpreted these sixteen simple and breathtaking words.

Dates & Time: October 3, 10, 17, 12:45-2:00 pm
