  • Program Leader: Eric Rosen

Immediately following the end of World War II, Jewish and Christian Theologians, Philosophers, and Holocaust survivors began to consider, debate and discuss questions of forgiveness of such unforgiveable acts as those perpetrated by the Nazis. Those discussions included whether reconciliation was possible or whether revenge was more appropriate. How do we, as Jews, reconcile these events? Among others, we will refer to the writings of Simon Wiesenthal, Rabbi Harold Kushner, and the biblical Book of Job.

Dates: March 29, April 5, 12, 19, 26, May 3
