About Izzy
Dear TBE Community,
My name is Izzy Stuchins, and I love skiing and spending time with my friends and family. In the winter, you can usually find me on the slopes in New Hampshire, enjoying the snow. I live in Waban with my parents, Mike and Melissa, my 15-year-old brother, Ethan, and my 16-year-old sister, Abby.
I am a 7th grader at Brown Middle School in Newton, and my favorite subject is social studies because I enjoy learning about the past. Every summer since I was nine, I’ve spent my summers at Camp Matoaka in Maine, where I’ve been lucky to make amazing memories and lifelong friends.
Becoming a bat mitzvah is especially meaningful to me because it’s an important part of my family’s tradition. I have felt connected to the TBE community since I was two years old when I attended Gan Elohim preschool, and now I am so excited to finally become a bat mitzvah.
