About Allison
Hi, TBE Community! My name is Allison Markle, but everyone calls me Allie. I am in the 7th grade at FA Day Middle School. My favorite subject is English. I live in Newton with my mother Meridith, and my two sisters Jadey and Amelia. I also stay with my dad Jason in West Roxbury. My sister Jadey is a year older than me and we will be making our Bat Mitzvahs together in June. My little sister Amelia is 5 years old.

When I’m not studying for my Bat Mitzvah, I am usually playing sports, hanging out with friends, ice skating or making Tik Toks. I love softball and am playing on three teams this year, including a travel team.

Becoming a Bat Mitzvah means that I have more responsibilities and will be considered an adult in our community. I am very excited to take this big step, but it is so much more special knowing that I will be doing it with my sister Jadey.

About Jadelynn

Hi, TBE Community! My name is Jadelynn Markle, but my friends and family call me Jadey. I am in the 8th grade at FADay Middle School and will be going to Newton North High School next year. I live in Newton with my mother Meredith, and my two sisters, Allie and Amelia. I also stay with my dad Jason in West Roxbury. My sister Allie is nine months younger than I am, but we love hanging out together and we will be making our Bat Mitzvahs together in June. My sister Ameila is 5.

I have been working hard to learn my Torah portion for my Bat Mitzvah. When I’m not studying for school or my Bat Mitzvah, I love playing sports, reading, fishing, listening to music, and hanging out with friends.

I am proud to become a Bat Mitzvah and look forward to taking on more responsibility as a Jewish adult. Most of all, I am so happy to be going through this with my sister Allie.
