We invite you to join our weekly “prayer ground” to explore different modes of prayer. Whether you have a prayer practice or have never prayed before, we invite you to join us for weekly grounding, exploration, and reflection. Our goal is to deepen our prayer practices by thinking intentionally about prayer, being present in the moment, and opening yourself to what prayer can be. Each week we will spend part of class reflecting on prayer and the other part diving into a specific prayer practice. We look forward to exploring different prayer practices throughout the sessions.
This course is part of our Summer Institute adult learning program. Learn more about Summer Institute.
