About Ruby
Hi everyone, my name is Ruby Stich. Some things that I love to do are play softball and field hockey. I also love to hang out with my neighbors and friends and do fun activities with them like making plays, building stuff, making small businesses, and much more. I’m in 7th grade at Wilson Middle school in Natick. My favorite subjects in school are science and social studies.
I live in Natick with my mom and dad (Pam and Eric Stich) and my brother Isaac who is 10 and my sister Zinnia who is 7. We have a dog named Taco, a rescue from Arkansas, who is almost 2. He is a caring, funny, and silly dog who can also jump really high. Also I go to Camp YJ in Amherst, New Hampshire. I love all the people and activities there. It feels somewhat like a second home.
For my bat mitzvah volunteering I have been doing tons of stuff. For example, me and my dad went to Cradles for Crayons. It was very fun and I really felt like I was part of a community. Also me and my mom volunteered at The Natick Community Organic Farm (NCOF). Which is a special place for me and my family. I love it there! I am also in the community service club at school and we do fun and helpful activities like donating Halloween candy to the military. Also one time our club went to the Natick Service council and help you organize the food pantry.
Becoming a bat mitzvah has helped me realize how important it is to give back to my community! Thank you so much for reading!
