Mindful Jewish Parenting brings together timeless Jewish wisdom and practical mindfulness techniques to help parents cultivate presence, compassion, and resilience in family life. In this supportive and engaging setting, we’ll explore how Jewish values and traditions can guide us in navigating the joys and challenges of parenting, while mindfulness practices help us slow down, listen deeply, and respond with intention. Whether you’re looking to strengthen family bonds, nurture emotional well-being, or bring more calm and connection into your home, this program offers tools and inspiration to support you on your parenting journey.
