About Sophie
Hello TBE Community! I am Sophie Queen, an athletic teenager, who is in 7th grade at Wellesley Middle School. I live with my mom, dad, my 9 year old sister, Ruby and my cute and fluffy labradoodle, Millie. I absolutely love to play sports and my favorite are skiing, soccer and field hockey. Playing sports makes me happy as I love being part of a team. I also love to listen to music in my spare time. My friendships are super important to me and I am so grateful to have various friends in my life whether it is school friends, camp friends or my New York City friends. I was born in NYC and moved to Boston in 2nd grade. I cherish the memories I make with my family and friends. All these memories hold such a special place in my heart.

Preparing for my Bat Mitzvah has been a lot of work and makes me feel responsible and proud. This year, I have been volunteering at Hope and Comfort, a non-profit organization that delivers hygiene products to communities in need. This organization has been super important to me as my parents instilled in me at a very young age how it is important to wash up every night and brush my teeth. I want to make sure everyone can have access to hygiene products so they always feel their best.

I love being a part of the TBE community and can’t wait to become a Bat Mitzvah on January 7th!
