How can Jewish wisdom help us align our deeply held values with how we walk through our everyday lives and relationships? How can we become wiser and more responsive, instead of triggered and reactive? Tikkun middot is a Jewish practice for cultivating desirable middot, or character traits, including generosity, patience, balance, trust, and courage. The practice is grounded in Jewish teachings, mindfulness practice, and peer to peer conversations. Tikkun middot practice is for anyone who wants to more often be their “best self” in the actions of daily life.
This introductory class is required to participate in Tikkun Middot: The Practice of Living an Ethical Life later this year.
At this time, Tikkun Middot is offered in person only—if you are interested in exploring Tikkun Middot online, please reach out to Hannah Richman Kearney for options!
