Decoding the MA Legislative Process: Bringing Savvy and Strategy to our Advocacy (In Person)

As we prepare for the new year 5786, TBE congregants are invited to an exciting educational program about the legislative process in Massachusetts in order to become more effective advocates.

Gain insight, strategy, and inspiration at this timely program designed to strengthen our collective voice for justice and change. We’ll begin with an overview of the Massachusetts legislature and its processes, then explore best practices for effective advocacy. Corey Testa—former Chief of Staff for Rep. Alice Peisch and now Assistant Executive Director for Wellesley Town Government—will share his deep expertise to help us amplify our impact on the issues that matter most to our Tikkun Olam committees and to us as engaged, compassionate individuals.
