CASA Visits Prison Book Program (In Person)

Books can change an incarcerated life. Our TBE community should be actively involved in making books more easily available to encourage reading for those in prison. The more literate those who are incarcerated become, the more likely jobs will become available, hope for the future is noted  and recidivism can be reduced. Our volunteers respond to letter requests for paperbacks stored at the visiting site and package their selections for mailing.
