When I reflect on my own story of the past several months, I can learn that connecting with friends and family, and other communities are essential for me.  The lack of social interaction is difficult and something that I had certainly taken for granted prior to the pandemic.  

I also miss the stimulation of classes….even exercise class…art appreciation class, and in person TBE classes.  I am also aware of how divided our country is and what real leadership can mean in terms of protecting Americans and doing the right thing for the larger good.  The need for power is much too strong, and to categorize people in a negative way because their view of the world, or of something specific, is different than yours only furthers the divide.
