About Lily
Shalom to everyone reading this! My name is Lily Gerber, and I am a new member to TBE. My absolute favorite thing to do is to attend Camp Pembroke during the summer. Camp Pembroke is like a second home to me and I always have a blast when I am there with all of my friends. Another one of my favorite things to do when I am not at camp is to listen to country music and to go see my favorite bands in concert.

I am the youngest of four. I live with my parents, three older siblings, and three dogs. My brother Ryan is 16, and Benjamin is 24. My sister Chloe is 18. My dogs are Tanner, Tucker, and Gigi—and I love to play with them. I go to Adams Middle School in Holliston, and my favorite subject is math because I like solving puzzles.

Becoming a bat mitzvah is and was a lot of hard work and it required a lot of perseverance, but I know it will all be worth it in the end! To give back to my community, throughout this past year, I have been very involved and a key part of my family’s charitable foundation, Holiday Dreams Foundation, and have helped many kids and families fulfill their wishes. I am so excited to be a bat mitzvah because it makes me feel connected to my Judaism.
