Like everyone else, I have relied on my telephone, FaceTime, and Zoom, though I have been much more deliberate and intentional about keeping in touch with others. I have found the interactions particularly rich and rewarding, likely the result of others’ yearning for the same connection. As mentioned in my first two responses, I created an opportunity to provide members of our local community whom I do not know with a little extra help that they need to get through these challenging times through my contribution to the local Food Pantry. Through these efforts I realize that while I am personally quite content with the relative isolation I am facing, it is important for me to stay connected with others in my network and my community.
