TBE’s Community Voice

The past several months have brought more purposeful reflection because day-to-day activities have diminished and there is more time to just sit quietly and think. Since I am 81 years of age and fully cognizant that I am well into my lifespan, reflection is a familiar companion. I am aware that remaining relevant and doing things that benefit others are still possible even though this pandemic restricts many outlets. I can still reach out to others, give comfort, walk with a friend who is struggling with serious illness, be involved in political activism from my own home, share moments of happiness and laugh out loud. Life in slow motion does have benefits!
