Get ready for the colder weather with yoga! Join experienced teacher Stephanie Javaheri for a weekly mindful class to build strength, balance, and alignment. Rooted in our values of wholeness, healing, and connection, this one-hour “work in” blends slow, intentional movement, breathwork, and meditation—helping you feel grounded, restored, and at peace in both body and mind.

All you need to participate is an open spirit, a yoga mat, and a non-cork set of blocks.

Dates: November 5, 12, 19, 25,* December 3, 10, 17, 31

*Please note that November 25 is a Tuesday.

This course follows a sequential structure, and participants are encouraged to attend all sessions. If you are interested in joining once the course has begun, please contact the program leader.
