I’ve reached out through phone calls, FaceTime, and Zoom, and emails to family and friends.  I’ve read books to my grandkids and sent videos to them.

I’ve connected with cousins and uncles that I hadn’t heard from in several years. I also reached out to an old friend, and, even though she didn’t respond, I still feel good that I reached out.

I’ve become active in the forthcoming election by writing postcards urging people to vote, and by making donations to various candidates.  This is the most important election of my lifetime and I am doing my best to be actively involved. This is my way of helping the global community.
