Read Rebecca’s bio:
My name is Rebecca Grozalsky. I am 13 years old and I go to Kennedy Middle School. I live in Natick with my Mom and Dad, Caryn and Marc, and my younger sister, Haley. I enjoy playing soccer, hanging with my friends, helping out, baking, and playing games. Over the past year I have been involved with the program, Family Promise. Our job is to help homeless families by preparing and giving them meals. Being a part of Family Promise makes me realize how one person can make a difference to those in need. For the past several years I have spent my summers at Camp Tevya, where some of my greatest friendships have been made. Camp will alway be my home away from home. My friends like to describe me as fun, kind, funny, caring, energetic, loyal and very talkative. To me, becoming a Bat Mitzvah means that I am becoming a Jewish adult and that comes with a lot of responsibility. It will be difficult for me to adjust to, yet I know I can get through this process by putting forth my greatest effort and accomplishing my goals.
