Mount Sinai of Blintzes with TBE Online

Join Rabbi Saphire to cook traditional Shavuot blintzes and learn why it is customary to eat dairy on Shavuot.

Gather these ingredients to prepare the blintzes together on Zoom:
Blintzes: 1 c. flour, ½ t. Salt, ½ t. Sugar, ¼ t. Baking powder, 2 eggs, 1 T. melted butter

Filling: 8 oz small curd cottage cheese, 8 oz ricotta cheese, 1 egg, 1 ½ T. sugar, ¼ t. Cinnamon, ½ teaspoon lemon zest, pinch salt

Toppings: fresh fruit, pie filling, or chocolate sauce
