About Amira
Hi everyone! My name is Amira Aborjaily. I am from Dover, and I go to the Dover-Sherborn Middle School. One thing you should know about me is I am obsessed with everything field hockey. I play for my town in the Fall, and for 2 different club teams in the Winter. I also play for Spring leagues. I play center and right forward. I love field hockey because I love the feeling of a team and the rush of adrenaline every game. I live with my mom, dad and brother. My brother, Brandon, is 8, and we also have 2 bunnies, Vixen and Blitzen. At DSMS, my favorite subjects are Math and Science. I like science because it is very interesting, and we do some very fun activities. Becoming a Bat Mitzvah, to me, means that I have more responsibility, and I will be able to help more people. During Covid, one thing I did to help people was I packed and delivered groceries for less fortunate people. We delivered special meals for Rosh Hashanah and Passover too. It was fun and felt good to do something good for people in my free time.
