Many Roads Not Taken: A Virtual Road Through Israel (Online)
- Wednesday, October 6
- 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM
- Fee: $40
- Program Leader: Uri Feinberg
Israel tour guide, Uri Feinberg, will take us on a virtual tour through Israel where we will meet Israelis, encounter the landscape, revive memories, touch the past and explore the present. Join us on four very different experiences as we virtually explore the State of Israel. We will engage on very different levels as we hear from Israelis about their art, their food and their lives. We will climb high above, deep below, braving waterfalls, deserts, and more. Visiting south Tel Aviv, the writing on the wall will leave no doubt as to the state of the nation. Mt. Herzl in Jerusalem will provide a window to the pain and memory of that very same nation. Pivotal moments from the days of the Maccabees will be coupled with those of the founding of the state. All these and much more will be part of our experience together.
Dates: Wednesdays & Thursdays, Wed Oct 6, Thu Oct 7, Wed Oct 27, Thu Oct 28
