Bring your lunch and join us for an online version of Lunch & Learn, a lay-led series of lectures on wide-ranging themes.
Join us this week to hear from TBE member Josh Levy, co-chair of the global Litigation and Enforcement practice group at Ropes & Gray LLP. He focuses on white collar defense and related complex civil litigation, particularly in the health care, pharmaceutical, medical device and Health IT industries.
Josh will walk us through his involvement as the lead defense counsel for Gordan Caplan and answers our questions about the Varsity Blues scandal. Gordon Caplan, a prominent New York attorney, was sentenced in Boston federal court to one month in prison for paying $75,000 to have someone correct answers on his daughter’s ACT test to inflate her score.
