Holy Wanderers: A Virtual Passover Retreat

Combining music, mindfulness, movement, meditation, and text study, Noah Aronson will lead five unique workshops exploring various character traits of Moses, Miriam, Aaron, and Batya. Through this lens, we will explore the traits of courage, vulnerability, awareness, humility, and faith and practice ways that these traits can guide us through the wilderness of our own selves.
Monday, March 29, 1:00 pm: Courage
Explore how we respond when it’s time to take decisive action and how the practice of opening our hearts can be a pathway to more compassionate decision making.
Tuesday, March 30, 1:00 pm: Vulnerability
Explore examples in which the characters in our story share their limitations and in doing so strengthens others around them.
Wednesday, March 31, 1:00 pm: Awareness
Discover moments in the Passover story when our character’s ability to notice what others couldn’t paved the way for the greatest miracles in our tradition.
Thursday, April 1, 1:00 pm: Humility
Examine areas in our lives where we sometimes forget our humility and how that might be preventing us from navigating through the wilderness.
Friday, April 2, 1:00 pm: Faith
Explore times that our the characters in our Passover story either exercise faith or lose their faith, reminding us that it’s only when we let go that we can move forward.
