Life After Havayah: Alumni Panel with TBE Online
- Tuesday, March 16
- 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM
- Program Leader: Hannah Kearney
Join us for parallel panel conversations for parents and teens about life after Havayah! Parents will hear from a panel of Havayah alumni and Havayah alumni parents, and teens will learn from current Havayah alumni in college about their experiences preparing for and entering college.
The teen link is available above, and the zoom registration for parents is available here.
Throughout the conversation, our focus will be not on academics or achievement, but on the social and emotional transition, Jewish life, and sharing personal stories and wisdom.
Registration: This event will take place through a video conference call. Pre-registration is required. Please click the registration button above to pre-register. Once you have registered, your unique access link will be emailed to you. For classes that meet for multiple sessions, you only need to register once. You will be able to use the same Zoom link to access each session of the class. If you’re new to Zoom, watch a tutorial or read written instructions on how to join a Zoom video call.
Date: Tuesday, 7:30-8:30 PM, March 16
Havayah (Hebrew for “experience”) is Temple Beth Elohim’s teen community for grades 8-12. Havayah is a safe, welcoming, and supportive Jewish community where teens are empowered as learners and leaders by one another and by caring, dedicated clergy and faculty who serve as positive, accessible Jewish role models.
