Postponed: Our Beloved Cantor Jodi Sufrin Shabbat Service
- Friday, May 1
- 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Our community was ready and so excited to celebrate the retirement of our beloved Cantor Jodi Sufrin on May 1 & 2. At this time, unfortunately, we are unsure if we will be able to gather at that time. We are grateful to be working with wonderful volunteer leaders to develop creative solutions that will allow our community to honor and thank Cantor Sufrin in the coming months as well as later this year.
SAVE THE DATE of Friday, September 25, if it proves impossible for us to gather in early May. While the date is far off, it will fall at a special time of year, right amidst the High Holy Days, an appropriate time to honor Jodi, who has inspired us for so many years. We look forward to coming together as community to welcome in Shabbat and honor Cantor Sufrin with inspiring music, memorable tributes, and lots of love. Once we have the technology in place, we will request RSVPs for the new date!
We welcome Shabbat with love and joy and to honor our teacher, friend, and Cantor, Jodi Sufrin.
