Want to learn to cook more delicious veggie dishes from seasonal harvests? Join us to prepare recipes from Josh McFadden’s Six Seasons: A New Way with Vegetables, a James Beard award winning cookbook. We will include vegetarian and non-vegetarian Jewish recipes in each class. 

October 23 –  Cook these autumn recipes for your table: Israeli spiced tomatoes, yogurt sauce and chickpeas, roasted beets with spiced green sauce, farro & roasted carrot salad and a savory herbed crostata.
