October 23 –  Cook these autumn recipes for your table: Israeli spiced tomatoes, yogurt sauce and chickpeas, roasted beets with spiced green sauce, farro & roasted carrot salad and a savory herbed crostata.

January 22 – With a long winter ahead, join in to prepare hearty recipes to keep warm all winter long: delicata squash with pumpkin seeds and honey, freekeh with mushrooms, turnips and almonds, braised beef with caramelized onions.

Dates: Oct 23, Jan 22, April 22, May 20

Cost: $40 per class or $140 for all four classes.

RSVP to Lynn Burke.  Class size is limited.
