Help us protect our democracy and fight voter suppression!

TBE is excited to be partnering in this effort with the Jewish Alliance for Law and Social Action (JALSA), the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism (RAC), and the Center for Common Ground on the “RECLAIM OUR VOTE” CAMPAIGN. We will be calling mainly voters of color in states with large percentages of people of color and a history of racially-targeted voter suppression. With your help, we can make sure people have the right to vote… AND VOTE!

We know some of you like to phone and some of you aren’t so sure about it. GIVE IT A TRY! During this pandemic, phone calls are the MOST EFFECTIVE way to reach out to voters. Full training and support will be provided. Most of the people we’ll be calling are NOT on typical voter lists, so they don’t tend to receive lots of calls. Providing them them with information about voting is an important service.

Phone banks will be held via Zoom. Each phone bank will begin with a Reclaim Our Vote (ROV) orientation and phone bank training. Then, as we remain on the Zoom (with audio and video off), participants will call voters in one of the ROV targeted states. Leaders will be available throughout the phonebank via Zoom to support dialers and help with any issues or questions that arise. Once trained and having completed your first phone bank, we encourage you to use that training to attend another TBE phone bank with us or do ROV phoning on your own.

If you are interested but unavailable at the phone bank times listed, please sign up and indicate that on the sign up form. Other options may be provided. NOTE: This is a non-partisan campaign. We will be providing information about voting (where, when, how, etc.—all of which will be provided to you). We will not be advocating for particular candidates or parties.
