BaDerech K-7 Learning Programs with TBE Online

BaDerech, meaning on our path, will engage children in learning about the Jewish calendar year through specific chugim, modalities, including visual arts, science & technology, performing arts and cooking.
9:30-10:30 am: Cooking, grades K-3
9:30-10:30 am: Performing Arts, grades K-3
2:00-3:00 pm: Visual Arts, grades K-3
3:30-4:30 pm: Cooking, grades 4-6
3:30-4:30 pm: Performing Arts, grades 4-6
3:30-4:30 pm: STEM, grades 4-6
3:30-4:30 pm: Visual Arts, grades 4-6
Cooking: Students will bake, cook and explore Jewish food, focusing on a variety of recipes from different Jewish communities around the world that are associated with the Jewish year cycle.
This modality requires an adult or older sibling supervision for the K-3 group.
Performing Arts: Through songs, plays, puppetry and more, students will perform and sing while building a community and learning about the Jewish year cycle.
Visual Arts : Students engage in Jewish learning that provides innovative, thoughtful, challenging and creative experiences as they explore the intersection of their own creativity, Jewish learning, and art, such as painting, collage, sculpture and more!.
Book Club: Students engage with age-appropriate Jewish literature as they explore their core values and the power of words. Sessions usually include reading the book together, with our youngest group, reflections and exciting projects.
