In this timely and thoughtful work, Sarah explores how antisemitism has influenced Jewish identity—and how Jews can reclaim their tradition with pride and purpose.

About Sarah Hurwitz: Sarah Hurwitz served as a White House speechwriter from 2009 to 2017, first for President Barack Obama, and later as head speechwriter for First Lady Michelle Obama. She played a key role in crafting many of Mrs. Obama’s most memorable speeches and accompanied her across the U.S. and around the world. She is the author of the critically acclaimed Here All Along: Finding Meaning, Spirituality, and a Deeper Connection to Life—in Judaism (After Finally Choosing to Look There).
