SisterhoodatTBE logosis·ter·hood (Noun)
1. The feeling of kinship with and closeness to a group of women.

[email protected] brings together the women of our community through fun social gatherings and stimulating Jewish themed programs.  Events are planned by committee members and are led by our magnificent clergy and staff as well as congregants and speakers with expertise in various fields.

[email protected] is open to all congregants who identify as women.

Want to connect with a bunch of great women and help out on the [email protected] committee? We would love your input and enthusiasm and there's not a lot of heavy lifting! Contact Stephanie Kasok, [email protected] or Sheryl Perechocky, [email protected], co-chairs, for more information.

[email protected] offers delightful social opportunities and wonderful learning programs for all who identify as women in the TBE community. In May a group of us gathered at TBE for a night of beading jewelry with Sarapaan of Wellesley, and in July several dozen gathered for a wondrous evening of acoustic music and a delicious meal while we visited each other under the stars in the TBE rear courtyard. We have a wonderful lineup of learning and social events schedule for the coming year. Join us for any and all of our upcoming programs. Please join us!

TBE Women's Passover Seder
Thursday, March 22, 2018
6:30 pm – Socializing, 7:00-9:00 pm – Seder

Why will this night be different from all other nights? On this night … we will celebrate women’s heroism, strength and solidarity. Join us for a special Passover Seder where we will explore the biblical tale of slavery and redemption and the deeds of the courageous women whose acts prove critical in the saving and liberation of the Jewish people, and the relevance of these brave deeds to our own feminist journeys.

TBE Mothers, Daughters and Sisters, bring your friends and join us for an evening of stories, songs, rituals, dancing and friendship.  Featuring thought-provoking discussion led by congregant Marsha Mirkin and the musical leadership of Cantor Jodi Sufrin.

Cost: $36/pp
