Chavurah

A Chavurah (Hebrew for “friendship”) is a small group of couples, families and individuals who gather to create a sense of Jewish belonging. Chavurot express Jewish identity through socializing, learning, or celebrating holidays– all in a casual, intimate environment. Chavurah groups at TBE consist of 10-24 individuals or approximately 6 -8 families. Participating in a Chavurah is a wonderful way to build closer relationships with members of Temple Beth Elohim.
