Real Women Have Curves, On Broadway! (Offsite)

Join other TBE members in their 50s, 60s and early 70s in New York City for an unforgettable afternoon! We’ll be attending a matinee of Real Women Have Curves, a heartfelt and empowering play that celebrates identity, ambition, and resilience.

It’s the summer of 1987, and Ana García dreams of flying away from East Los Angeles. But when her family’s garment business receives a make-or-break order for 200 dresses, Ana finds herself juggling her own ambitions, her mother’s expectations, and a community of women all trying to make it work against the odds.

In addition to seeing this fabulous show, we are thrilled to share that we will be joining a producer of the show (a TBE member)—likely for either lunch or dinner (details TBD).

We have secured 50 tickets:

  • 25 in Orchestra 1 (AA-L center, BB-L sides) for $159
  • 25 in Orchestra 2 ( M-P, F-L far side, sides) $89 price (these may be switched to a slightly better location if seats become available).

Please note: This offer does not include transportation or hotels. You can drive, take Amtrak for the day, or make a weekend out of it!

Ticket sales are final. If you purchase a ticket and cannot attend, we will try our best to find someone to take your ticket, but this is not guaranteed!

We will follow up with more details on the dinner or lunch once we know more.

Registration: This event is available in person. Please click the appropriate purple bar above to register. Registration closes Monday, February 10 at 11:59 pm.

This event is sponsored by Prime Timers. Join other TBE members in their 50s, 60s and early 70s looking to make and deepen friendships and build connections, enjoy Shabbat dinners, and participate in educational, cultural, and social events.
