TBE Choirs

TBE's adult, teen, and children’s choirs affirm our love of music.

Our Adult Volunteer Choir that is open to anyone who likes to sing. This group offers an opportunity to get to know members of our Temple community who come together for the pleasure of learning and performing a rich tapestry of music from our vast Jewish choral tradition. Our Adult Choir participates in several services and programs throughout the year, including High Holy Day services. Rehearsal and performance dates and times will be posted in the bulletin and website.

Join Our Adult Choir for the 5773 / 2012 High Holy Days

As we celebrate Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, we link ourselves musically to a tradition that dates back centuries. Our hopes and prayers are expressed in the most elegant and majestic music of our Jewish tradition. Our Temple Beth Elohim Adult Choir plays an integral role and brings great beauty to our services. We would like to invite new members to join us. If you wish to sing in the choir, notify Rachel Maillet, (781) 235-8419, x204, so that the sufficient number of choir music books may be prepared.

The rehearsal schedule is below. Please note that the Sunday rehearsals take place in the afternoon.

Erev Rosh Hashanah falls on Sunday, September 16. There will be double services on Monday, September 17 and one service on the September 18.  Kol Nidrei falls on Tuesday, September 25.  There will be two evening services on Tuesday, and, as always, a very full day on Wednesday.  We look forward to working with you to make these High Holy Days as special and beautiful as possible.
