Throughout our fifty-year history, Temple Beth Elohim has been known as a caring and welcoming community.  The New Member Gesharim Program connects new members with existing TBE congregants who can help welcome new members and facilitate their integration into life at TBE.  Upon joining our community, each new member will be thoughtfully matched with a Gesharim volunteer with whom they share some similarities.  Through the new member’s first year, the Gesharim volunteer will play an important role as a resource and guide:  helping the new member discover our vibrant and diverse congregation, build relationships and create pathways toward community involvement.
