Meditation
Every Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. a group gathers to meditate and pray in silence. We offer this service in recognition of the fact that Jews throughout the generations have used silent meditation to access the spiritual mysteries of life and gain focus, resolve and energy.
TBE Yoga Retreat

Trip Details
Accommodations range from dorm style living to private rooms with private baths. See Kripalu.org/accommodations for specific room descriptions. Reservations should be made directly through Kripalu by calling (866) 200.5203 and mentioning Temple Beth Elohim or Rabbi Joel Sisenwine. The complete package, for the 2 nights, ranges from $283 (dorm style) to $658 (private room with private bath) and include R&R retreat workshop and activity tuition, accommodations and meals, daily yoga classes, non-ticketed evening events, and the use of Kripalu facilities (fitness room, trails, labyrinth, sauna and whirlpool, etc). This pricing reflects a 15% discount for TBE members. No prior experience necessary!
